Tanqueray has always searched the world for new flavours. But with a third of drinkers ordering the same cocktail every time, the category has stagnated. So we looked to the one place left unexplored, the mind.​

What if the most exquisite flavours weren’t discovered, but dreamt? Cocktail of Dreams is a multisensory experience where neuroscience meets mixology. Using EEG technology, we mapped brainwave patterns in both waking and dream states and found our taste preferences shift when we dream. By comparing them, we crafted cocktails that reflect a person’s truest tastes.

We teamed up with three creative influencers and three world-class bartenders. All global tastemakers whose inner worlds would be fascinating to explore. Each dream state was decoded into a signature cocktail, letting guests around the world taste their true subconscious desires.
